Steve Polgar grew up in Oneonta, NY where as a Freshman in he created his high school’s first website. While a freshman at Delaware Valley University, he founded Children’s Learning Foundation (CLF), an all-volunteer national charity that makes learning fun and interactive my supporting schools, educational programs, and teacher’s projects. While living in Naples, FL in 2008, he was part of the successful effort to make evolution a teaching standard in public schools in Florida. Steve’s main career is Operations Manager at Allstate. He also owns a wholesale and online retail diamond and jewelry business. In January of 2017 at 33 years-old, Steve Polgar became the youngest person to ever receive the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his volunteer service with CLF and other charities such as the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society, and Susan G. Komen Foundation. In February of 2017, after 6 years of trying he successfully petitioned Merriam-Webster dictionary to change the definition of evolution from a theory to a fact and scientific theory. Steve has lived in Long Island since 2015 and now resides in Medford, NY.
